These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of PrintStash, operated by Jeremy Kline. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Questions? Email us at jkline0329@icloud.com.

1. Description of Service

PrintStash is a web application that allows registered users to upload, organize, preview, and manage 3D print files (including STL, 3MF, OBJ, AMF, and PLY formats), track print logs, and manage their file library. The Service is available in a free tier and a paid Pro tier.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at jkline0329@icloud.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of all files and content you upload to PrintStash. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it solely to provide the Service to you.

You agree not to upload content that:

  • Infringes any third-party intellectual property rights
  • Is illegal, harmful, or offensive
  • Contains malware or malicious code
  • Violates any applicable law or regulation

We do not review uploaded files but reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

PrintStash offers a free tier and a paid Pro plan. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Free Tier Limits

Free accounts are limited to 15 files with a maximum of 25 MB per file. We reserve the right to modify these limits with notice. If your usage exceeds the free tier limits, you may need to upgrade to continue using the Service.
