We collect information you provide directly:

  • Email address and password (for your account)
  • 3D print files you upload (STL, 3MF, OBJ, AMF, PLY)
  • Print log entries you create
  • Tags and metadata you add to your files

Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.

We do not collect sensitive personal information and we do not collect information from third parties.

  • To create and manage your account
  • To store and serve your files and print logs
  • To process payments and manage your subscription
  • To respond to support requests
  • To send account-related notifications
  • To prevent fraud and maintain security
  • To comply with legal obligations

3. Who We Share Your Information With

We share data only with the third-party providers that power the Service:

  • Supabase — authentication and file storage
  • Stripe — billing and payments

We may also share your information if required by law, or in connection with a merger or acquisition of PrintStash.

5. How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your data from our systems, unless we are required by law to retain it longer.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure cloud storage. However, no system is 100% secure — please use a strong, unique password for your account.

PrintStash is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We do not currently respond to Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals, as no industry standard for DNT has been finalized.
